Category: Internal (broker)Message shown in BigBlueButton

Likely causes
- See the user-facing code
What to do
First, check who is affected.
- Only one or a few users: most likely a problem on the user's side, so follow the Student and Teacher steps.
- Everyone in one room: check that room/meeting (settings, meeting ended or recreated, room limits).
- Everyone in every room: most likely a server problem, so go to the Admin/server steps.
Students
Usually no action is needed: this is an internal code that the client converts into the message you actually see.
Teachers
No action is needed for this internal code; look at the code the participant actually sees.
Server admins
Look for the matching user-facing code (10xx/11xx) in the client logs; the 13xx code is the raw broker error. Check that mediasoup's announced IP(s) match the server's public IPv4/IPv6. Run sudo bbb-conf --clean, then sudo bbb-conf --watch while reproducing the error to see log errors live.
